  • Jan. 22 – After service prayer at potential rental property

    Please join LifeSpring in prayer after this Sunday (22 Jan) service.  We will be proceeding as a group to a potential rental property to pray as a Body and to ask for God’s leading.  It appears that some doors are opening to us to use this property as a temporary place while we wait for our permanent building.  We are dependent on God to show us what He wants for our church, and He has promised to guide us as we submit our wills to Him.  “Trust in the Lord, and lean not on to your own understanding; in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.”   We would appreciate you making this a priority for your time commitment that day if at all possible.

  • High School Girls Bible Study

    The high school girls’ Bible study, “Lies Young Women Believe” is back from its holiday break.  It will continue to run the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at the Olson’s home, 7-9pm.

  • Jan. 26 Town Hall Meeting

    Our Town Hall Meetings are the primary communication vehicle we use to ensure that all of our regular attenders are informed of all upcoming events, ministries, needs, and prayer.  Potential members should consider this a priority for attendance, especially as we have so many vital issues facing us as we head into formalizing our constitution and bylaws and investigating property.  They are now quarterly, instead of monthly, and our first meeting is scheduled for Jan 26, 2012 at the Ashwills.  We meet at 6:30 for prayer, and 7:00pm for business.  All adults are invited.

  • Spring Grove Food Pantry

    LifeSpring’s mission is “Gospel, Gather, GO!”  Do you need an opportunity to GO?  Every quarter, LifeSpring helps support the Spring Grove food pantry.  We volunteer for 8 days only, for one month a quarter.  The months are Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct, and the days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 3-6:30pm.  You don’t have to commit to each day, or even the entire time, but you do have to want to serve people and have fun!  You can talk to Sharon, Lisa, or Dominic for information, and sign up is at the back table on Sundays.

  • Christmas Caroling!

    Please join us for our 3rd Annual Christmas Neighborhood Caroling Event December 4th!  We will meet at the Biere’s at 4pm and carol from 5-6pm in different neighborhoods.  We will return to the Biere’s for food and fellowship until 8pm.  Any questions?  Contact Asia, Sharon or Kevin or info@lifespringefc.org

    Join us for the LifeSpring Artist Group, next meeting on December 7, 2011 at 6:30 PM.  Location is at Keith Brabender’s house.

  • High School Girls Bible Study

    We will be meeting the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 7-9 pm at Dan and Elizabeth Olson’s home.  Beginning September 8th (same day as Town Hall meeting), we are going through the book Lies Young Women Believe.  Please try to read Chapter 7 of the book and have Week 4 done in the Study Guide book for this Thursday, September 8, 2011.  If you need the books, please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth.olson2006@gmail.com.  Looking forward to seeing you ladies!

    Gather!

    The word “Church” brings to mind so many different ideas to each of us. To some it might be a building, to others an organization, still to others something that takes place on Sundays. What does it really mean? From the very beginning, the word meant “Gathering.”

     

    The true church is the gathering of God’s people here on earth, a gathering that He has big plans for in Heaven and for all eternity. Join us to find out what the book of Ephesians has to say about the gathering of God’s people.
